Important Information for Homecoming Dance!

Happy Monday Lancer Staff, Students and Families:

This communication is in regard to the upcoming annual Homecoming Dance to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm in our Bristol Eastern High School Cafeteria.  All students attending the Dance must Swipe in with their School ID and have their ticket with them upon arrival.  All students must arrive no later than 6:30 pm.  No one will be admitted later than 6:30.  In an effort to maintain a safe and substance-free environment, students may be subject to a search upon arrival.  If students decide to leave the dance at any time, they will not be allowed back into the event.  Please take note of the following important information:

1. As has been the custom the past several years, the dance is reserved for Bristol Eastern High School Juniors and Seniors, given the capacity limit.  No outside guests are permitted to attend.  If extra tickets are available we may open up ticket sales to underclassmen.  

2. Juniors and Seniors who plan to attend must plan to purchase the ticket with $20.00 cash during lunch waves on October 13, October 14 and October 15.  This is the only time tickets will be sold unless you are a BTEC or Magnet School student.  In that case you should see Mrs. DiLernia prior to first block in room 128.

3. In order to purchase a ticket, students need to meet the following criteria as of October 2, 2026:

   1. You must not have 3 or more unverified absences (AUV’s).

   2. You must not have 5 or more unverified tardies to school (TUX’s).

   3. You must not have any Out of School Suspensions (OSS).

   4. Two or more cell phone violations.

 If you fall under any one of these categories you will not be allowed to purchase a ticket.

Students may see administration if they have any questions about their current standing
